I went to your site and tried both the one click demo install and the WordPress install with the XML file and they are giving a 500 error response. This is because the hosting package you are currently on doesn’t have enough memory to process the requests.

What plan do you currently have and in what company?

Is it on a shared server? Another option could be that they have the mod_security module for apache configured, so your website won’t be able to make remote requests (which are needed for requesting the images and different configuration files the importer uses). Can you ask your hosting provider about this?

I mentioned the memory problem, because independently of our one click importer, I tried the WordPress importer (which is not related to our theme, it’s a WordPress feature) with the XML of the demo you wanted and it didn’t work, it gave the same error 500.
