Hello,
We are suddenly having issues with the navigation disappearing on certain mobile devices. I updated the theme today, but the problem persists. The menu in the footer is non-functional when the device is held horizontally. I’m currently looking at an Ipad Pro.

Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro September 9, 2016 at 2:06 pmHi,
Thank you for the follow up. I’ve visited your website in both iPhone and iPad and I can see the main navigation menu is working as expected. With the hamburger menu and toggling when you tap on.
The footer menu is hidden for mobile devices for design reasons, as there’s no enough space for it some devices. Were you referring to this menu when you created the topic?
Thanks,
Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro September 15, 2016 at 4:28 pmHi,
Thank you for the follow up. The viewport of the iPad Pro is 1024 and I can see the navigation menu there. Are you not seeing the navigation menu on an iPad Pro?
Remember that the footer menu is not displayed on mobile devices for design decisions as I’ve mentioned earlier.
Thanks,
Juan.lmjacobs September 15, 2016 at 10:44 pmThe menu is there, but it does not work. I am sorry that I intercommunicated the problem. It is specifically on an Ipad Pro, in portrait mode, the menu will not work. In landscape it functions properly.
Juanfra Aldasoro September 16, 2016 at 1:09 pmHi,
Thank you for the follow up.
I see. Please have in mind that for an iPad pro, the website should be showing the hamburger menu in one position and the regular menu in the other. Is that what you see?
When you mention that it doesn’t work, what is that isn’t working specifically? I’m trying to reproduce the problem but unfortunately I don’t have an iPad pro with me.
Thanks,

Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro September 19, 2016 at 6:23 pmHi,
Thanks for waiting. We’ve just released a new update for Paeon containing a fix for the iPad Pro mobile menu in the resolution between 1024 and 1366px.
You will need to download the latest version of the theme and update it.
You can learn how to update your theme here: https://nicethemeswp.com/article/updating-theme/
Best,
Juan.
