We want to use the plugin “Was This Helpful” to our help page but we need to add a shortcode to be able to use it which flatbase currently doesn’t allow. Is this something that will be available soon? If so when?

Are you using the free plugin from wordpress.org? (https://wordpress.org/plugins/was-this-helpful/)
If yes, then that’s a limitation from the plugin, it’s not that the theme is not allowing the shortcode. The plugin only let you to use the shortcode on posts or pages, and flatbase use another custom post type named article.
