Navigation works find on an Iphone, but on an Driod the drop downs are acting strange. Once the drop downs are shown and you try to scroll down to see all of them, the entire navigation disappears. Please help and thank you!
Juanfra Aldasoro December 8, 2013 at 3:00 pmHi Tracy,
Thanks for writing. What device are you using to test this?
Cheers,
Juan.tracyholland December 8, 2013 at 4:47 pmIt works find on an Iphone and my Nexus tablet. The problem is showing on a Motorola Droid phone.
Juanfra Aldasoro December 8, 2013 at 10:24 pmHi Tracy,
Thanks for your response.
Would you please tell me the exact model so I can search for its resolution?
Thanks,
Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro December 10, 2013 at 5:59 pmHi Tracy,
Thanks for your response. I’ve been through a local site with the RAZR M( your model ) viewport and it’s working as expected. Unfortunately we don’t have that model on board in order to make any testing.
When trying to scroll down on that model, are you possibly touching part of the menu?
Best,
Juan.tracyholland December 10, 2013 at 6:45 pmThe menu fills the screen so you have to touch it to scroll down. It is not taking you to the page you touch. It takes you back to the page you were on. For example, when I go to the home page, I touch the little green box in the top to show the menu. The menu then fills the screen. If I touch “about” to show the drop down items, they show but they are longer than the screen. I put my finger on “about” to scroll down and it does scroll for a second, but then the menu disappears and I am back on the home page.
Juanfra Aldasoro December 10, 2013 at 7:08 pmHi Tracy,
To show the drop down items you need to push on the arrow at the right part of that menu item.
I am not sure how is that the Motorola RAZR M handles the touch screen, but unfortunately we don’t count with that device in order to make tests. I apologize for this. We’re gonna try and see if we can get one.
Best,
Juan.
