Logo Size & Image in tab

Hello! Just launched my website and thanks to BBQ it looks amazing. Two things
1. Is there a way to change the image in the tab (currently a grid) into my own logo?
2. When I upload my logo into the logo area for Home, it just looks too small and hard to read. Can I resize this spot as to make my logo bigger?

1. You need to set up a favicon for your site: http://befused.com/html/setting-favicon-ico
2. You can upload a logo with bigger dimension and the theme will do the rest.

Thank you for your quick reply! Had no idea about favicons, but will definitely make one.
I now realize when I was uploading a larger image I still had it set on “thumbnail” instead of “full size”. Hopefully my error will help someone else out.
