is it possible to reset the viewcount of all articles? We’ll launch our knowledgebase in the next 1-2 weeks and want to start with a view count of “0”.

Thank you for the follow up. Well it should be working for all of them. The script does a query over all articles. Perhaps you didn’t run the script for the time it needed, or perhaps you are using a cache plugin which is saving the old values.
