Purchased extended support but can’t access update

We purchased extended support through Envato on August 17 but can’t access the Paeon or Nice Themes updates. It states that the license has expired. Please update your system and provide us with access to the updates. The invoice info is below:

You can download the files directly from Themeforest, where you have made the purchase, by going to your “Downloads” section.
