I would like to us if possible to change the Price in the menu to a text like for example
“Special Order”
“Please inquire”
“Please call for Inquiry”
etc.

can this be coded or change?

You can do that with a little tweak. In the options panel, for the currency selector put a blank space.

And then, for the price field on any item put the phrase you need.
