First, you need to create a page, and use the home page template. You can read more about that here: https://nicethemeswp.com/support/theme-docs/folly/

Then, configure the theme options, check if the portfolio is enabled for the home page.

Finally, create the portfolio items, by going to “Portfolio > Add New”
