Let me ask you a couple of questions, in order to get more information to see what´s happening:

1) What version of the theme are you running?
2) What widget are you using? The theme doesn’t come with one named Knowledge Base Articles. There’s the “Popular Articles” widget and then the “Article Categories” widget.
