I launched this theme on a WordPress site a few months ago with no problems and everything worked smoothly. Unfortunately, after no edits/updates being made, the main page images and navigation have completely disappeared sometime within the past 48 hours.

Again, no updates were made (no upgrades, no new plugins, no setting changes, etc):

It seems there’s a conflict with apache users and as a result the apache user for the website cannot have access to the site images. What hosting company do you use? Would you please ask them if they have applied some update to their server and apache rules?
