For example, I’m doing a website for a Restaurant/Hotel, I would like to do a general homepage with slider and Infoboxes. In the other hand I would do a different page for the restaurant with different slides and infoboxes and another page for the hotel with different content, too.

Can I have the possibility to create 3 different homepages with specific content?

Unfortunately it won’t be possible to have different content for each one of them, with the theme and the options as they are right now.

Have you thought about using WordPress multisite? You would be able to have multiple sites within a network, that way you would be able to use the theme in the restaurant, and the hotel sites.
