I can see that you are using another Knowledge Base with our theme Flatbase, which already comes with the Knowledge Base functionality. It is quite likely that this is generating some kind of compatibility issue.

With regards to the most popular, you can use the Widget “(NiceThemes) Popular Articles”. There you can select if you want to set the order by views or likes.
