First of all, you need to set the featured image for the portfolio item in order to show that.

Second, please try to erase all contents inside the /wp-content/themes/folly/cache/ folder and change permissions to 777.

Third, check your uploads folder over /wp-content/ and change permissions, so the files over there can be executed by the timthumb.php script. That would be 755 permission.
