The issue i am facing now is –

when i check my website speed in Google PageSpeed Insights i found possible optimization for “Leverage browser caching for the following cacheable resources: https://ssl.google-analytics.com/ga.js (2 hours)”. I tried CAOS Plugin to optimized but it still there, can you please tell me if it is included in the theme itself, if it is included could you tell me how to overcome this.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for writing.

That happened when you were using your other user (indraneelfuke) and your purchase was registered with this user. That’s why you are now able to create new support tickets, because this account is linked to the purchase you have made via ThemeForest. The purchases made via ThemeForest can be only registered one time to one user only, because of obvious reasons.

With regards to your question of the google analytics code, you may want to add the Google Analytics support team if there’s a way to use a cached version of their JavaScript library. It is their library, and it has no relation with the theme. Unfortunately, there’s nothing the theme can do in that regard.

Best,
Juan.
