Hi
I updated the wordpress to the latest version, 4.3 and running the BBQ theme site. However, there are some bugs.
Logo is not uploading correctly into my site and show BBQ logo instead.
I uploaded the logo image in the media and went to Nice themes/General Settings and hit custom logo to upload the image from the media. And save the setting, but still show the BBQ logo.
Please help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Thanks Juan for the reply.
Do you mean the version I use is no longer compatible to the wordpress v4.3?
Do we have to purchase the latest BBQ v1.2.5 to solve the problem? Does it have any other way to do?
Please let me know.

Hi Akane,

Thank you for the follow up. It seems to me that you’ve partially updated the theme. The theme is a product as a whole so it has to be updated entirely. The idea is that we release new version in order to fix bugs and improve the product. The version that you are using is more than two years old, and a lot had be done in the meantime (16 new versions with bug fixes and improvements, some of them in order to make the theme compatible with the newest versions of WordPress, which come with new features and changes).

For now you can download the latest version of the theme from your account dashboard, or the downloads section on ThemeForest. We’ve been implementing the yearly renewal for support and updates, but you’ve been grandfathered given the date of your purchase. However we do appreciate renewals from all customers that want to support our business.

Hi Juan
I upgraded BBQ theme to v1.2.5 and the custom logo is showing but the size is not showing correctly. It’s too small. Please let me know how to fix this.

Hello Akane,

Thank you for the follow up. Since version 1.1.6 we’ve added retina support for this theme. This means that the site will look in retina devices, like the newest iPhones.

If you go to your theme options Panel, you’ll see that in the “Header” section you can set the logo height (and upload a double sized logo for retina devices).
