I’ve applied the Flatbase template to an existing site which has around 50 knowledgebase articles (written under a different template) as Posts.

I presume I need to convert these to KB Articles? How do I do this?

Well, that’s under the “WordPress territory”. I’m sure a free plugin can do the job. For example, something like this should work just fine: https://wordpress.org/plugins/convert-post-types/
