How can I change the colour of the page title text on its own only??

Also is there any way of making the footer widgets darker??

I would recommend you to get firebug – http://getfirebug.com, with that tool you can retrieve the document and check which CSS classes are the ones you need to edit.

I have downloaded it and found what I would like to change.

I do I then change it?? Can I change and save it in Firebug??

Or do I have to find the code in the editor as I have tried and I cant find it.

No, firebug is just a tool. You’ll need to add the code, for example, in the custom.css file

I’ve been through your site and it is displaying the CSS changes. I’m not sure what it is that you need to change, but the CSS you added on the custom.css file is taking effect.
