Yes, you can do that. For example, from 9:00 to 22:00

What you need to do is make a multiple selection when setting up the business hours. That way you’ll be defining the time block.

All you need to do is pick the hours. So, in your particular case (9:00 – 22:00)

– You pick 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30 at the top and you have to pick all the rest of the times till 22:00 (in windows ctrl + click, on mac cmd + click)

By picking that, your business hours will be displaying 9.00 – 22.00

Yes, you can do that as well. If you go to “Business Setup” in your Theme Options panel you’ll find a field for the “Hours Format”.
