Unfortunately we can´t provide support on plugins developed by third parties. That plugin hasn’t been updated in more than two years and it is quite possible that the problem of that plugin is that it is not compatible with newest version of WordPress.

I’m trying with three plugins and doesn’t works in your theme.
Also i trying to modify permanent links (article and article-category) for any other word, and this doesn’t work too.
With another wordpress theme works perfectly.

Thanks for the follow up.

Would you please make a list of the three plugins and the different themes? It is quite strange that it works well with other themes because the slugs are related to the rules in the htaccess file, thing that has nothing to do with the themes, it is related to server configuration.

Plus, the permalink structure is related to WordPress itself, not themes nor plugins.
