But these types of pages do not have a ‘Page Attributes’ section, so I don’t know how/if you can switch them around.

Any ideas?

Thanks for writing. Yes, the services and staff templates are built in templates and unfortunately they don’t include any type of sidebar. Unfortunately, the only way to get sidebars for those templates would be customizing them.
